Rëd resto & lounge invites to celebrate May Week (National Feast in Argentina), from May 19 to 25, from 8pm, with traditional Argentine dishes with the touch of executive chef Olivier Falchi, accompanied by wines from Bodega Fin del Mundo. Menu comprises an amuse bouche with Extra Brut del Fin del Mundo and, as options for the entry: Terrine of cow tail with antique mustard and grilled vegetables with Fin del Mundo Reserva Chardonnay; or Vol au vent with goat cheese and humita, dry tomatoes and ruccula for Fin del Mundo Reserva Pinot Noir. Followed by: Fish of the day meunière with fried sweet potatoes and tartar sauce with Fin del Mundo Reserva Chardonnay or Brandada de Mar del Plata with tomato and basil, for Fin del Mundo Reserva Pinot Noir. Among main dishes: traditional Argentine locro with country bread and Gran Reserva del Fin del Mundo or duo of grilled and preserved goat over creamy polenta, with olives from Mendoza and vegetables with Gran Reserva del Fin del Mundo. For dessert: Rice with milk foam with dulce de leche sauce and cinnamon ice-cream, or mousse of cheese, confit of Quincy and quenelle of dried fruits.
