Local modern food for May 25 celebrations

To celebrate the patriotic date of May 25, Aura Buenos Aires Restó & Bar presents a special menu, inspired in typical foods of Argentina, to enjoy at a comfortable and cozy restaurant, located in the lobby of modern Blue Tree Hotels Buenos Aires – Recoleta. The restaurant offers suggestions from porteños cuisine, with the personal touch of chef Luciano Di Blas.
The menu to taste from May 19 to 25 comprises a selection of entries to choose, such as empanadas, pumpkin soup, and grilled peppers with bruschettas. For the main course, you can choose from loin in Malbec sauce with vegetables and Corrientes’ potato; “ojo de bife” (beef) with chimichurri sauce and baked pumpkin; pork’s matambre grilled with sweet potatoes and sauce of stout with honey; among other delicacies. For dessert, there will be “panqueques” filled with banana; brownies with black and white chocolate; “pastelitos” of Quincy sweet, and other typical candies.
